Pressure washing of strata building

Strata exterior cleaning

We pressure-washed and soft-washed almost the entirety of this large strata property near Hunters Hill. The block walls were very dirty and the Executive Commitee for quite some time had been receiving comments that the various buildings’ façades were in need of some love and attention.
As well as cleaning the walls around the property, we also soft-washed the overhang above the visitor car park, which was dirty and full of cobwebs. We also pressure-washed the external staircases and pole-washed the balustrade glass above. Finally, there was a spot of graffiti removal in the rear car park, which came off easily. The building now looks a lot less jaded and more in-keeping with the high standard maintained by its neighbours.Pressure washing of strata buildingStrata entrance before pressure washingStrata property car park before pressure cleaningStrata property car park after pressure cleaning

Paddington strata – pressure cleaning paths

We look after the exterior of this little strata block in Paddington on the edge of the Eastern Suburbs. These paths were black for a year before the owners gave us the go ahead to pressure-clean them. The black path suddenly became red and green. ‘Former glory’ is probably not the right way to describe it but at least it won’t be slippy with black slime this winter!

Neutral Bay Strata Pressure-wash

This Neutral Bay strata is a tricky one to keep clean as it sits on a hill right beside the north end of the Cahill Expressway. We pressure-washed the car park ramp, steps and pathways. Property managers please note: these old-style pebble-dash paths need annual cleaning, especially when overlooked by trees, as they can get very slippy in winter!

Randwick Pressure-washed Yard

We recently pressure-washed the yard, pathways, bin bay and some of the brickwork at one of our regular strata apartment blocks in Randwick.
